My suspicion is that he used to have that much but then got lowered for testing and kept there. Also likely those who fought him in alpha testing were complaining that he was too tough. Sundowner does the most damage after Armstrong so for a first timer without at least 3 repair packs he may be actually a darn tough foe to beat. Once you figured him out of course he isn't that hard but months ago watched Koe play MGRR blind on hard mode and he defeated every boss for the first try up to that point but failed with Sundowner. It...gives you some perspective.

He definitely needs an overall health increase and especially a damage resistance buff to slow down time to kill in phase 2; a single heavy/light/heavy combo does about 10% of his health and that's one of the safest and lowest damage options you have. I've talked to friends who have all beaten the game multiple times and none of them even know that Sundowner has that reinforcement summon/pillar attack because they tear through his health so fast.
If theirs anything I’ve learned from video games, it’s that people who look like powerhouses are always scrubs after further inspection. Sundowner is a prime example.
An old sorcerer from Mortal Kombat once said "Appearances can be deceiving" also the video game logic of armed to the teeth armor stat wise being very average to shit, while bikini armor is apparently the best.

Ну такое, на троечку. За время боя ты постоянно заново начинал с контрольных точек, потому что получал урон. В самом начале обрезана музыка которая должна плавно переходить в бой (1:08 - первое сшитие видео) Во 2 фазе процент хп не соответствует тому сколько ты оставил ему в 1(было - 49,6%, стало - 64,8% . И в конце, после победы над Сандаунером ты наложил музыку, чтоб не было заметно сшитие видео + опять же заметно, что процент хп после боя не соответствует тому что в катцене( было - 11,7%, стало - 7,2). Слишком много рестартов и сшитий видео.
рестарт был один, и только между первой и второй фазой, остальное высосано из пальца. Наложение музыки отдельно было сделано на основе личных хотелок автора.
У тебя Вертолеты Сандаунера вообще косые еще и на Revengeance сложности, у меня они на харде сквозь него стреляют, а у тебя тупо предупредительные в землю лол
