Yes! It's going to be an epic module for DCS.
I just saw the recent teaser, one of the clips showed an F1 with what appears to be a GBU-16.
That clip also showed the plane having a laser rangefinder pod under the nose. Is that the F1M?
Also in the thumbnail for this video. Can we use GBUs solo? Or will it need a third-party laser?
Of course this ends up in my recommended after War Thunder dev server shows Mirage F1

Mirage F-1, my favorite plane of all time
Was the backbone of Moroccan air force and it’s still used but was upgraded to ASTRAC standard using now the denomination mirage MF2000 because it’s now closer to a Mirage 2000 performance wise.

much less known, there are also, Mirage Balzac ( Vtol mack 2.0 ) or Mirage III V ( for Vertical ) Mirage III G ( for géométrique ) or Swiss Mirage Astérix
The Mirage Balzac and Mirage III V designs are so impractical, heavy and weird. I love them. I'm sad that the Mirage IIIG didn't turn out to become anything.

Well I’m from the future, and I can tell you the F1 is glorious in DCS!
Aerges said that they would be willing to make more F1 variants after finishing the four planned variants. Considering that the Saffer F1 variants have A LOT of available information online, a well-recording combat record, and many examples on display in museums, an SAAF F1 variant is actually quite reasonable to expect. The information of SAAF F1s are some of the most easily accessible of all the F1s. I’d love an F1AZ!

@@Shrike200 indeed. It’s a good gesture, but, as you said, a bit off. I’m sure they’ll fix it. An F1AZ would be a great addition! It even had a head-mounted sight for the V3S Missile.
