Great video @pwgfreestyle! We talked at superball related to freestyle motivation after training so many years alone. Is FaceTime training together with someone else now a solution you are using frequently in order to have motivation or was it just a "one time thing"?
Thanks Rico! I mean, it's for sure better than being all alone all the time, in case you live far from other people. But I wouldn't rely on facetime trainings taking over. Every once in a while, they're cool!
