Btw if you get 2-hearts with Caroline she will give you a Tea Sapling recipe (You need to trigger the 2-heart cutscene first tho) You can Plant those saplings and in the last week of every season except Winter it will give you Tea Leaves and I heard they do give decent amount of gold so (Btw no crops grow on Winter so maybe try to focus on getting animals before Winter season hits since you wont be able to plant any crops )
