Actually they bot are same, CBR did with performance because of rider's weight and wind condition, while R3 did in good condition.
Author didn't tell us about riders weight and mods, I'm not sure that R3 was full stocked,it must be exhaust changes. Also r3 went at downhill not flat street like cbr

Those CBR250RR is the common version which only 38.7hp
The 41hp CBR250RR is only the SP version....they different

​@@ulyssesdelamora3856 welp i have that and i test that the sp qs version that i have almost 190 but it was cut off if i remove the limiter cut off at 6 gear by remapping my ecu just to remove the limiter cut off it can go maybe 195 or 199 with real at gps 190km if i remove that limiter cut off at 6 gear cause eveny my bike full stock i test and i get 187km at gps 180 it wasnt bad for 2cyl 250cc bikes and sorry for my bad english😊

Why compared the 250cc bikes to an a 300cc bikes..
HONDA is only 249.7cc, 40hp @13,000rpm, 25nm @11,000rpm. and the YAMAHA R3 is more than a 300, its a 321cc, 29.5nm @9000rpm, and 42ps @10750rpm, the R3 will surely win. Please stop comparing to it, compared it with other 300cc's segment bikes😢😊.

There is 3 version of cbr250rr. if your video is from 2019 then the power is 38 hp with torque 23,5 nm.
2020 cbr250rr sp version have power 40,4 hp and torque 25 nm.
2022 cbr250rr sp qs version have power 41,4 hp and torque 25 nm.
this is a video of otomotive journalist ride cbr250rr sp qs 2022 limited test for acceleration on factory track. 0-100 km/h more quick than 2019 version.
