Wowsers! To find a deal like that nowadays is tough! It's a wonder they didn't look up the value. But some people truly don't care and just want to declutter. It sounds crazy but it happens. I've been handed NES games at multiple sales and told "just take it."'and "I don't want em." They didn't want anything for them. I bought a VCR off one of them just so I could pay them something lol. Awesome pickups! I would pay the extra fee to have it resurfaced by a store who has an industrial resurfacer instead of using your JFJ for that hood pickup lol! That box will definitely look nice on your shelf! Great video and keep up the good work!
Yep, we're going back to Video Game Trader. That drum style resurfacer is almost infallible. $5 per disc but worth it for how high dollar a game it is.
Good tonal shift. Breaking the day into multiple segments with lots of roads leading back to your active collection and the enjoyment of the games seems like a much more wholesome approach to your videos. With a bigger audience, maybe it will still perform well this way! It might help distinguish you in a sea full of buying and selling and profit only videos--especially since you're a knowledgeable gamer. I hope your audience agrees! Stay well!
100% all of that, yes. I think honestly this change in format/focus will be more enjoyable for everyone, myself included. We always look at what stuff sells for but half the time I don't even sell the stuff. I keep a lot of what I buy and a lot of it ends up needing repairs which I'm always backed up on. So the collecting perspective makes more sense for the show. I appreciate you checking out the new episode!

I know I give your vids a hard time but this was a good one, also and more important at 10:41 when you pick up the controller, that green box is vintage FP-100C polaroid film. if its still sealed a box of that type of film goes for $100-$120.

Great content as always! The tape "damage" on the NES box looks like it might just be dusty residue. If that's the case, Bestine or lighter fluid might wipe it right off. My boxed Action Set has a glossy finish on the cardboard and would be safe to wipe.

Lol it gets wet and wild some days. Some of the sellers leave their stuff at the market and just tarp it up. So it stays outside indefinitely. A lot of the boxes/cases are practically disintegrating. I know it's a lot to pack it all back up but if it was my merchandise I definitely would.

I think that's a neat idea. This series kind of helps with the flea buying tips but the eBay idea definitely could be useful. That space has changed so much in the last couple years. It can take some getting used to. I'll see what I can do!

Zeus! ⚡️ Yeah, I never do see the smoke grey stuff out. I scored a smoke console about 10 years ago at a yard sale and I still have it. It was ridiculously clean. I use my Jungle Green to play on but the smoke one is a nice shelf piece!

not pinching the disc? reminds me of my cousin years ago when cds first came out and i grabbed his discs like that and get got mad "FINGER PRINTING THE DISCS BRO!" lol now im like that when i see people do it. you push the center with your thumb hold it there, then with index finger hold the edge as you pull it out, swear ive seen you do it before a couple times@@Emceemur
Hey, you got me there. I certainly am backed up on production. But there will be an update video next in this series. And since you asked, I'll give you a little bit to tide you over. Silent Hill does not work. It boots, but once you're playing, it'll freeze on a random load screen. So I'm going to do my best to get it repaired and that'll be covered in the update video for sure.
I don't know why that was still sitting there at that point in the day. Usually anything that cool is gone 30 minutes after it opens. I'm gonna hang onto it for sure. There's no telling how much more expensive they might become. "Is The PS4 RETROUGH?!"

I can't say I won't ever bundle or bargain again. But I like to think that can be done reasonably and where applicable. And the prices were definitely fair today so I like to see that.
