    it's ok to have a fixed mindset, because if it's good enough to work with, then 'seeking better' would be a waste of time taken away from working with what's best. Also there's a risk that people won't pick up something better, but worse compared to what they have before. I don't really like the idea of pushing for a growth mindset all the time - which I noticed in college. Instead, it should be within context as being a risk that's only taken when needed. 80% work, 20% growth.

      Having a growth mindset means learning what works and what doesn't and using those results to learn more. What you exactly do with those results it's up to the individual. Having a fixed mindset imo is still doing something even if it's no purpose or set reasonable goal

      @@UnfamouslyU right - you don't want scatterbrain and focus on what doesn't matter if you want to achieve your goals.
