What is the difference in preparing this Chhole and the street side Chhole Bhature waale Chhole? I don't think they add tomato. They have a masala paani which they add to boiled chhole. Or is that different? What the recipe of the street side Chhole Bhature?
they might add imli water for different khatta taste, sometimes, aawlaa, others add anaar-daana etc. subtle variation here & there.. bhai cook bewakoof bunate hain, masale ghum phir kar 7-8 hi hain.. baki sab hath kaa kamaal hai.
