LYRICS:
Frank O’hara
standing in the subway
imagined you beside me
as if you could hide me
Love won that day
lifted all of us up
What would you have written?
Would words have even been enough?
Drove through deserts
garbage in the meadows
Saw ourselves in windows
hidden in the shadows
No one really knew us
not the way we wanted
so we had to listen
to the voices haunting us
So this is love
this is love
So this is love
this is love
Frank O’Hara
wish you could’ve been there
you and me and mother
and all your former lovers
I was always with you
though we’re not the same
I know what it was to
grow up with the shame
So this is love
this is love
So this is love
this is love
So this is love
this is love
So this is love
this is love
Frank O’hara
standing in the subway
What would you have written?

Through the years, I've listened to Sea Wolf here and there. I'm here for good now and spreading the word. Sea Wolf 2020, and forever.
this is an amazing song in so many ways. I hope people know who Frank O'Hara was
I only ever heard of sea wolf after hearing 'leaves in the river' on some indie radio station 50 years ago and man was i surprised when i shazamed this just the other day. Nice that theres new music still
I only found them after hearing it in the show "Raising Hope". Took me a few years to remember it and search them up, but I got here all the same
I have been having such a rough week, but this really made everything a little bit better. Thank you for all you do
this song is so incredible, thank you
We gotta do somethin about this criminally low subscriber count.
Good for us who know how precious Sea Wolf is. For a world who cares more about quality than numbers!
+1 from me
Beautiful things don't ask for attention:)
I was #420 likes!
I cant say enough good things about them.
Beautiful, as always
Absolutely love this song! Thank you for making my day!
