In Kota 80 students are allowed in a batch as per guidelines...but coaching centre allow 300 students per batch .. coaching institute run govt..I am former student of Kota ..2023

Government is making guidelines for coaching institutes in order to control the number of suicides rather than making new government colleges, creating employment opportunities and thus reducing the immense pressure created by the competitive examinations.

the major cause is the huge population, rising competition and the fear of unemployment since kid's don't have much options.

already enough iits and nits are there government should not make more gov colleges or else it will reduce its value. government should focus on improving existing colleges . scarcity create value . its dark reality .

The education imparted in school is not adequate in order to get into prestigious colleges. Probably our education system is more to blame on than the government.

The Government has only issued a guideline and its not a law yet. So there shouldnot be any issue if the coaching centers still admit students of lower classes till the pros and cons of this guideline is widely debated, finalised and accepted.
These kinds of blanket bans are not good for any country. The current education system in India has been successful in producing world class Global leaders.
If any student wants to start preparing early, no one has the right to stop that.
