I prefer the longer videos, the biology and knowledge is the most important part. If people don’t have the discipline to understand or comprehend the value of the knowledge you put out, this ain’t for them.
Please consider ALWAYS taking your time to include the biology on each choice. Knowledge truly is power, and the more that wake up, the sooner we can destroy big pharma and take back our quality of life!

Thomas I really appreciate all that you do with helping people like me understand how to eat healthy and understand how food works in our bodies, before I found your channel I didn't know much about the science behind everything, I craved the knowledge but couldn't find anyone on youtube that could teach as well as you do. You get me hype every video you make I learn something new and try my best to apply it to my own life and my roommates, he's overweight and Ive been teaching him how too eat correctly and he listens to what I have to say but doesn't have time to watch these videos but he trust me cause I basically mimic everything you say. He use to think fats would kill him, I explained he needs to be fat adapted for 3 months then he could start incorporating more carbs while finding and maintaining a balance with carbs and fats and still fasting 3 or times a week.

Thanks for your message. The majority of a dairy cow’s supplementary feed is composed of locally sourced ingredients. Supplementary feed may be made up, or contain traces, of wheat, corn, soy, barley and rapeseed.
The exact percentages can vary depending on the availability of ingredients. Like all natural ingredients, the weather can affect harvests, which in turn affects availability of ingredients for the agricultural industry.

Kerrygold butters and cheeses are NOT made with GMO ingredients. Our cows spend most of their time grazing freely outdoors and eating the lush green pastures of Ireland’s countryside. In fact, our cows graze on grass in Ireland for longer than almost any other country in the world. We’re incredibly proud of our traditional family farms and of our sustainable, low-carbon, grass-fed dairy system.
    Best,

I saw a show on Italian Olive oil a little while ago. You need to be careful when buying it. A lot of brands water down the Italian Olive oil with oil from other countries due to how prohibitively expensive it is. There aren't enough olive trees in Italy to supply all the olive oil that has "Italian Olive Oil" on the bottle.

Really hate the people who are Keto and/or low carb Nazis and get mad because people are eating a certain product and/or not as strict about sticking to the “rules.” As long as people are happy with their results and not complaining or saying eating this way doesn’t work, then to each his or her own. I always do the rogue version of things and I’m quite happy with my results. Enjoying my food also helps me stick to my diet long term.

Well, I just bought it so I'm updating... Birch Benders Micro Pancakery. 30 oz bag. This is what's in it. 5g net carbs - 2x4" pancakes:
    almond flour
    eggs
tigernut flour ? (seems inhumane to tigers)
    organic coconut flour
    cassava starch ?
    buttermilk
leavening (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate) - baking soda, right?
    salt
    spice
    add water to make them
seems ok. put some kerrygold butter and not sure what else yet since syrup is bad?

FYI, someone from the keto Facebook group I’m in posted a picture showing that they reformulated the Kirkland protein bars. The fiber is dropping to 10g and the net carbs are going from 4 to 10g! I just compared my bars to the new ingredients on Costco’s website. They’re taking out the tapioca starch and adding in soluble corn fiber and isomalto-oligosaccharides. They’re also switching from cashews to cashew butter if that makes any difference. Might want to do a follow up video on this.

Fantastic. Thanks for the information. I drastically reduced the simple carbs in my diet years ago and am very interested in learning more about Keto. Either way, it's good to know what's what in those products. Thank you.

I warn you it is expensive but I found it at Walmart and it was just like the like discovering gold for the 1st time

Thomas I've been on keto for a year and watch your videos constantly, thank you for all your guidance! I've been able to lose so 60lbs and helped my picky MIL get healthy. Can you do a video for non meat eaters? I don't eat any red meats or pork and have trouble finding alternatives to pork rinds and constantly find things like turkey sausage but made with beef casing :/

I've also picked up some of the Sonoma brand items at Costco, only to be disappointed......Thank you for all you do, to help educate us as we navigate our Keto journey.
