With a little tweaking this could be an awesome mod. Imagine playing the game as normal until you find a village. The members invite you to join them and you prove yourself by defending the village and obtaining resources. They eventually make you their leader and you can train other villagers to do things for you. Imagine each villager has a class, like the trading mechanic in the vanilla game. You can train people to become miners, crafters, farmers, warriors, shieldsmen, fishers, ranchers, builders, etc. In this version there would be huge hoards of monsters and other warring villages to contend with. You can fight for yourself, or direct your warriors in battle. I think that would be a really fun way to play minecraft.
