Mich, I love this DD journal SO much! All the different projects/pages you made are gorgeous! I can't wait for the final flip thru.
The page you made today is so creative and pretty! I absolutely love how you embellish your art work. TYFS Cindy
P.S. congrats on your new position gf.
Thanks fir your fab comment. Made my day ❤️🌸
What a great idea for this page, loving it. Very creative and this is one beautiful journal WOW!
That was surprise that your package came so quick, I'm very glad it got there OK. Enjoy xxx
Thanks Chris for all your kindness ❤️🌸
What a great page! I love the pop out, the colours, and how you used the bling to finish. Congrats on your contract for work. 😊 We had 10ml of rain overnight. YAY! ❤
Thanks a bunch. Oh I’m so glad you got some rain. Every little bit helps. ❤️🌸
A really cute page. Love the pop-out and the butterflies popping up.
Sounds like you have a huge garden with all of your plant material. Enjoy!
Thanks Rhonda. My garden is really small but I pack it in with all sorts. It’s about 25 feet long but only about 7 feet wide. It’s really pretty when everything starts to bloom. 🌸🐈
BEAUTIFUL
Thanks Dragonfly ❤️🌸
Mich, you are the best with these pop out pages, so very, very cute. I love all the pretty bling you added to the flowers. Another wonderful, very cute page. I sure hope you create another book when this one is full. I'm so looking forward to more from you. Hugs 🎉❤🎉
Thanks Barbie. It certainly is getting full. Not many pages left then I’ll start another one. 😊🌸❤️
@@michcrafty8664 Good. xo
A great page layout, like all the butterflies. ☺️☺️☺️
Thanks Bront. I hope you’re having a nice weekend 😊🌸
Love this pop-up page, Mich! Butterflies and flowers are always so pretty together. TFS
Thanks Joy 😊🌸
Love the page, TFS! My Lillie’s are blooming and this is the first year that I planted a hydrangra plant. It was me who told you about the marigolds. My garden is looking a little weak, but we have had quite a lot of rain so far, but I cannot complain, better than forest fires! I am working a temporary position, so I work 4 days, 10 hours a day, then I have Friday off, I love it!
Oh thanks for the marigold tip. I have them all planted and I like the little pops of color. My lilies are doing great and I haven’t seen any beetles for a while. That’s great having Fridays off. I work 8 hr days but I think 10 would be the best. 🌸
Fantastic! Ohhh just love this!
Thanks Melanie❤️🌸
Mich, I cant believe I missed this video. Another great page. I love when you use parts of the posters that come in the magazine. Hugs🌼🌺
Thanks Shay. Hope alls well with you 🌸🐝🌺
This is so beautiful. I only got my very first Daphne’s Diary a couple of weeks ago. 🇮🇪
Thanks Toni. I hope you enjoy your magazine as much as I do. 😊
Relatively new subscriber here. I found your channel about a week ago and for the past week have been binge-watching all of your Daphne’s Diary videos. I recently bought issue 3 and wanted to get some ideas on how people were using these magazines. I hit the gold mine when I found your channel! You are so creative and I love how you talk about options you considered, the tips you give, and the “patter” about what’s going on your daily life without it distracting from what you are creating. Brilliant! I feel a little bit sad that I have to wait now for a new video, but I see you have lots of other videos so I’ll watch some of them while I wait. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us and showing us how to do it ourselves.
Thank you so much Rebecca for the lovely comment. We are having a heat warning right now in Halifax and I woke up from a restless sleep thinking negative thoughts about the day, but then I read your comment and it changed my mind set. There’s a new DD coming out tomorrow. I hope you like it. 🌸😊
Hi Mich! First of all, congrats on getting the term position. Thanks for this excellent tutorial of all. I love the pop-up and suspended butterflies and of course all of the bling. Regarding the butterfly bush, apparently they were hard hit this past winter, and it is recommended to leave the roots in place. Marigolds are excellent companion plants for pests. If you like chives ,they are as well. Have a good week. Carol L. Langley, B.C.
Thanks Carol. Funny I planted some chives a couple weeks ago. Along with rosemary and basil. It’s by the living room window where Chester sits so when the wind is blowing sometimes he can get some different scents. My butterfly bush is looking good. Hopefully it will have some nice blooms. I hope you have a good week too ❤️🌸
What a beautiful Journal! I just hoard my magazines, I need cut loose with them!! 🦋🌞
Thanks Claudia. Sometimes it’s hard to get started. Then it gets a little easier. 😊🌸
I love your work! It's just beautiful! I have an original Godey's Ladies Book and red lily beetles. After losing my Stargazer Lily and almost losing my Turk's Cap lily, I finally figured out that I have to go out at least 3 times a day and pick off the beetles, but only for a couple of weeks. Then they seem to disappear.
I love that book. The more I look through it the more I like it. That’s what I did too and I haven’t seen a beetle for a while now. Yay. 🌸🌺
Hi Mich......I love this......beautiful DD page.......will have to try that 😊
Thanks Nafeesa. It’s a good technique for cards too. 🌺🌸
