- MAX GEAR SCORE IS NO LONGER 252. Hey guys I know a lot of you come to this video by searching for ways to get your gear score up there. Now I will go ahead and tell you I have not played this game in years so there could be a way easier way or better way of getting your gear score drops but from the comments it seems this method still works. I just want you guys to know that the cap in this video has changed but I believe the method still works. I hope you guys are enjoying your time on the game and this video helps you, much love.

Thanks for the vid man, I just re-downloaded the game a few days ago. Right now I’m at GS 157, I’ve just been running around swapping lower gear with anything higher and that’s been working so far. But I figured it was just a matter of time before that doesn’t work, so thanks again for the info. 👍🏽

I grinded to 247 on the normal campaign mode and switched to conquest and it immediately started dropping 250 level gear every drop

@@v2vyxx874 just run around killing every large area and getting the loot. I did the same thing, didnt even touch any missions cause I wanted to level up first and get a higher gear score.
Do elite faction missions and raid at wolves camps for the best gear..I'm currently 252
Thanks@stop ..been wondering a few weeks why I couldn’t get my gear and weapon limit over the 250 cap, I’m not sure if weapons can go over 250..This method makes sense, and thankfully I play in stealth and solo 99% of the time. I never take my npc squad into a base, it’s a game killer, the AI is simply not good enough. Hope you’re still playing and be sure if you are I’ll check out your playlist and sub ..peace 😊

it works when i was new i looked for highest base and attacked it over and over was very boring i died a lot because they 1 shot me then i used ai to just sync kill them all xDDDDD
been stuck on 248 for months all items in the store are level 248 too i give up lol
You got any tips on exploring the map fast. Cuz the map is huge
helicopter fly low to the ground to make map progress
also use binoculars to look at question makes around you to unlock Fast travel points
also use drone to look at question marks it unlocks bivouac you can then fast travel from them and drone the next set xD

I always played immersive, but to do the raids I have to grind and I really wish ubi made it so we could do raids with gear score off
yeah same its really annoying cause the raid weapons and gear look so coooool
I played in immersive mode up to lvl 80 and just turned on gearscore mode to see what it's actually like and all my gear was 250 score right away. I crafted the golden guns I need in no time and now I'm just missing out on 4 pieces of golden clothing. It's not min-maxed, but sure good enough to enter the raid with a group of friends.
@@PsyTramper is there any way to confirm this is how its supposed to be? In case I go immersive but wanna do raids.
I’m at 265 gear level when I try gear up and I get red minus numbers when I tried get a loot
The max lvl is 300 with the multiplayer
so what is your cosmetics in your outfit
300 is the max if you play golem island raids

They must of patched it, because I’m score 170 and when I did raids and golem I only got a max of +5 each time I got gear? Some even less, so after 4 hours I’m 215

I'm 250 now and just want my blueprints so my weapons at the same level the problem is that unfortunately I can only build the weapons at level 248 which annoys me a bit and I would like to keep my gear level at 250. But does anyone have any solution?
Sadly the only solution to using blueprints for me is turning gear score off so that way my level isn't up or down based on what i use. I will say now though the game is really better without gear score i don't see any reason to keep it on unless you want to do raids, because they requires gear score. Other than that i believe the game just hard locks blueprints at low levels for reasons i will never understand, it was frustrating to me as well.

Im at 253 n then wen I go to Maria's store, I have 250 gears. So how do I get it up to my level or higher
as far as i know i haven't played in forever but her shop doesn't change score. if you see guns in her shop or guns you already have that you wanna use but cant cause of score play in no gear score mode and you can do anything with any guns just no raids sadly
250 is soft cap, getting to 300 is only possible by golem island raids
You cannot buy any gear higher than 250. To get anything higher you must earn it in the raids. Except the little trick that this video talks about and I THINK that the Devs fixed that, it was a bug.
@@The_WatchmanBut if you have fixed the bug, can you still only make the bps on 250? Because as you said, 250 is the limit and if you want to have wide weapons that are higher, you have to be lucky in raids that you get them then, right?
@@princeadi5124 Right. The limit of 250 is only true for the regular game. Playing the Raids you can go up to level 300. And when you play the Raids they always drop weapons and they progressively go UP from whatever level you are at. If you are below 250 they can make big jumps fast. But yeah ONLY the raids give you weapons above 250.
I have not played GRP for 6 months but when I played you had to be at least level 150 to play the raids and they do not instantly give you weapons above 250. You can go up a lot faster though than playing the regular game.

Yes, they’re your almost 100% chance to drop higher gear. It takes time but it took me like an hour to get to 252 when I was soft capped at 250. It’s really just the grind and RNG of getting the pieces you need

Didn’t get far at all into the campaign, started off at power 86 ish. Been playin for like 3/4 days n’ I’m up to about 100 now ( only just startin the faction missions at 100 power )
@@jdog9420 yeah it’s pretty fast I haven’t played in a while I don’t have anyone to do raids and shit with so solo content in the game is pretty minimal and gets repetitive so I wait for more content to come before I go back and play just because playing solo is not the most fun experience lol

Since you can turn that bullshit off, i've never seen someone play with gear scrore active. I have never stepped into the raid and never will. I leave that to division.

I appreciate the criticism, I am a very long winded person, I tend to talk and add on more details and unnecessary topics I’m not sure why I do it but I love to go in a lot of detail and sometimes i can get carried away going in on something. Eh it makes you switch up what you use to level up gear level oh and they give you little perks with the gun so not really but if you like that kind of gameplay then go for it

it's only worth it if you plan on doing raids. or if you just enjoy RPG Looter shooter feel of the game. but the main pluses i know are you can get different gear and boost certain stats etc. so whatever your prefer is fine the game doesn't really need it

@@flyinghook8916 You MUST have your gear score level at 150 or higher to play the Raids, BUT THEY are worth it. I had like1200 hours in the game and it was getting REALLY boring!! So I started doing Raids: it is a totally different game, much more challenging, and the gear drops are much better.
However, it is really TEAM ORIENTED, and team DEPENDENT. No way can you win without a team and your team NEEDS good comms. If you have no headset do not waste your time and everyone else's. If you have a lot of experience you might be able to play without a headset? The problem EVERYONE has to play a certain role and you often have to switch roles at a certain time, and if you don't you lose the game for everyone.

Capped at lv. 250 with Maria. Capped at lv 252 with Elite Daily misssions. After that, you have to do raids to get anything lv 252-300.
putting levels on this game ruined it. I liked Division 1 and 2 let that be and continue with GS. but don't bring it into a tactical shooter franchise like GR and bastardizing it into a looter arcade shooter.

@@JaydonLewis0 I think everyone that plays Breakpoint knows we can turn off GS, but my issue is that you can't do Raids without GS. It's like the dev team couldn't decide what kind of game it should be or wanted to initially force everyone into a division style of play. GR was always meant to be different which is why there are still ppl playing GR Wildlands instead.

Total BS, as it takes a long time to get full 252 gear, especially if you want the gold gear.
My video is pretty old man a couple years now a different time back then. I don’t even play Breakpoint no more because sadly it just wasn’t fun to me after I capped out and could do end game content cause I never had a group to run with. But I hope you can find a better method
