Thank you!! It was so very hard so many days to get up. I'm so hard on myself. I wish I weren't and knew I was doing enough. I felt like my exercises were the one thing I could control in helping me feel better which is why I was so motivated to do them. I hope pmt will help you in that way too. Big hugs.
