In my personal opinion this hotel layout sets the standard in khao Lak it's beautiful. The way it's designed, blending into the hillside keeping the natural feelings, totally envelopes you in nature. Not stayed here this is just my impression from walking around the resort and stopping for a drink at the bar.

Enjoyed the Khao lak videos stayed at Merlin Resort and Marriott there due to go back early next year to Marriott great resort and area.
Have tried Koh Samui and Krabi but nothing beats the lads back feeling in Khao Lak even in high season.

Beautiful hotel, feeling in the jungle but not much around and far from center; do they offer a shuttle bus for clients?

Its 100 bht for a taxi to the centre (£2)
I'm staying in the hotel next door and walk to the centre via the beach every morning

do you advise to travel to kaholak this week or it's bad weather?

If I could stay another week I would, it's hit and miss with the weather this time of year. I couldn't advise but even when its raining it's lovely. Finding cover under a beach bar restaurant and watching the storms rolling by is just as relaxed as when it's sunny 😎☀️ in my opinion
