    *Ingredients:*
    - Orange Masoor Dal: ¾ cup
    - Green Chili: 2 tsp, finely chopped
    - Ginger: 1 tsp, grated
    - Black Pepper: 1 tsp, ground
    - Salt: 1 tsp
    *Method:
    1. Grind the wash dal in a mixer until it forms a smooth paste.
    2. Transfer the dal paste to a bowl and add the finely chopped green chili, grated ginger, ground black pepper, and salt.
    3. Whisk the mixture thoroughly.
    ,4. Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil.
    5. Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin dosa.
    6. Sprinkle sambar masala, butter, and coriander leaves on top.
    7. Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
    8. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
