Bunion Taping

Here's a video demonstrating a simple taping technique which can be helpful in settling down painful bunions (Hallux Valgus) ✔️
This taping technique is great during sportfor bunions with big toe joint pain🦵✊
Note: Flexible kinesiology taping is preferred, however ensure that you do not have any taping allergies prior to application. Any taping or splinting of the big toe will not reverse any bunion or digital misalignments.
Painful bunions? Consult a local podiatrist or podiatric foot and ankle surgeon.

I think it will be a relief for the bones.... After a long period of use, the bones will return to their place. I think so. I just bought the tape and I'm putting it on. I'll let you know. I am from Poland.

I think so too, I strongly believe muscles and bones CAN be manipulated. Especially if it's to return them to normal alignment.
