@@shivabudhlakoti7168 well , You don't have to literally build it yourself if you were to be at Micheal's place. You are designing and experimenting stuff and getting things done. I'd rather be excited to do such a job , where you have to be creative and think out and when you are done , you can show your masterpiece to others.
Its like Enes is giving the developer a tour, thats how you know that you know your stuff.

Almost 2yrs work has prolly gone into this building to-date. It could take about another 1-2yrs before everything is finalised. i can't wait to see it finished too 💜💜💜

This type of video is almost better than the finished product videos. It really puts into perspective all the work that goes into it. Homes like this don’t just pop out of the ground one day.
I usually watch these videos, and especially the ones on hillsides and say that it looks really nice, but it probably won't last, and it's going down the hill in the next quake.
After seeing this though? I think I could actually feel good about sleeping at night and not worry about a thing.
Not that I'll ever have to worry about it, but you know, those lottery dreams need to feel realistic 😂

Speaking for myself, I think you're onto something! In addition to the normal listing show, I would love to see the entire process. From design and CAD, 3D Mockup, ground breaking and pylon, even headaches with the city... all the way to completion. That would be so interesting to me.

The person I'm working for was close to buying the lot back in around 2014/15 for his first home in the US.. But I'm glad Luxford bought it. They're doing a remarkable job on it! Can't wait for it to finish. Will be one of the best if not the best in LA! 👍👍

This guy is amazing, easily the best builder/developer you have had on. I like how he calls out people too that think this stuff is easy or cheap to do. People have no idea how much a nightmare it is to deal with officials to get things done and how much stuff costs.

Actually it is really interesting and unique to watch the completely finished house first and then to watch the preparing of it. Hi Enes. I am from New Zealand and I love watching all your video's for over 3 years now. We all have seen some spectacular homes. Recently we built our own home and I managed to get some ideas and designs from your videos. What I would love to see in your video's especially if your subscribers are designers/architects is the floor plan of each of the homes you shoot in the corner of the screen as you walk through. I think I only saw this in one or two of your video's. This would give us a better understanding of the flow of the house through one's imagination. Just a thought. Thanks and keep up the great work.
