@M D @Chooey Sooares Yes definitely my loss because I did like the Veep episodes that I watched before I got too seasick to continue. They shouldn’t have used the home video/reality TV format on such a good show like Veep. It cheapened it!

Veep was one of the best tv series of all time, kinda wished it continued but the ending was great
The ending coincided with Game of Thrones and that was a terrible ending, I watched it and was upset, then watched the Veep finale and it’s ending was so wonderful that GoT is a long forgotten memory.

I've always loved her going back to her few appearances on SNL but her portrayal of Elaine Benes on Seinfeld has made her iconic. She has been successful with everything she has ever done. Having texted all that Julia looks like a humble human being. She still looks absolutely fantastic as woman. Never met her but someday would like too.

I once read that a Washington insider commented during an interview that events depicted in Veep were more real to life than anything on The West Wing, or House of Cards could ever be. That's kinda terrifying, and also hilarious at the same time... but, mostly terrifying. I love this woman.

Tom Hanks is a comedian at heart. He started out in Hollywood in comedic roles. So it is not surprising at all that he is such a good sport about this. He just broke through with the more serious roles into the main stream Hollywood core and he is an excellent actor and person. The comedic roots are a bit surprising unless you know how he got started...
My fave role of hers is Elaine. New adventures of old Christine was good also 😊

I watched this series like a thousand times before its end, just watching the 6 seasons in a loop the entire time the show was out, but after that finale... omg, I just can't watch it the same way again. I mean, even though I loathed Selina, I still have the feeling of incompletion when I think of the end, I feel like there would have more to be said, I don't know it just saddens me, maybe we're always expecting the horrifying villain, that she was, to have that moment of redemption and have that last breath of dignity by doing one thing right and when that does not happen our brain crashes, and I thought GOT would prepare us for these kind of things.
