Hi, every time I do hip internal rotation exercises, I gain a lot of range of motion straight after I've done the exercises, but all my gains are lost when I re-test myself later on in the day. I've been told that not pronating correctly with the feet can cause this, but is there any other reason to do with the feet or tibia which can cause me to lose my gains? Thanks for your help!
Brillianr. Well shown. Thank you
I have read that if block squeezing or foam roller squeezing doesn't work then active external hip rotation & inactive hip rotation
Good . Just when you said internal rotation the voice is too soft and not clear .

لما بيبقا ال joint flexed بيبقا العكس
Voice too low
I think it is the opposite for internal and external rotation.. You have to focus on where is the head of hip going
