There are actually two elk views in Breathitt County.
Why were they turned loose ?
I need to go see them. I've had plans to do so but something always gets in the way of going. When I do manage the trip, I plan on taking lots of goodies for them!
People would let their horses free roam there but there was an agreement for no stallions. When times got rough there were eventually stallions turned loose and soon there were feral horses too.
