Kibaale, Kabale, Jinja & Mbale are four different regional districts that pretty much mean the same thing depending on the dialect spoken in those regions ... ALL those 4 districts are named after a stone aka rocks

Mabira forest was the largest but many tress were cut down. So now Budongo forest is the currently the largest.
