    Great video! I just upgraded the rear hub on my ‘21 Roscoe 7 to a Bontrager Rapid Drive 108 and, WOW, what a shocking difference in ride quality. Instant pedal engagement! I had Trek do it for me (wasn’t up for the challenge of re-building a wheel) and it did set me back close to $400 by time all was said and done.
    PS- I’ve been looking for a chain guide that would fit the front derailleur mounts on the Roscoe…I’ll look into that Funn one, thanks!

    About to upgrade my Spec Chisel 2022 to DUB. In disbelief that good manufacturers spec obsolete tech these days.
    How much are they saving by installing Powerspline over DUB? On mass produced, OEM ~$50 or so?
    It's costing a small fortune - buying tools too! on retail level (SX cranks).

      IDK doesnt seem like much savings for them over installing NX. Probably pretty substantial savings for them over installing GX group set.

    hi sir ,,nice video,,can i asked if i can use 34T chain ring on my Ruscoe 7,,because upon checking its max chainring size it said only 32T,

    Why did you not go with the Boost bottom bracket since you went with the Boost cranks?

    • @HawkeyeSkunkWorks
      @HawkeyeSkunkWorks  Před 10 měsíci

      I did. You can only run a boost BB with boost cranks, and you can only run boost BB and cranks on a boost bike. Its all or nothing.

      @@HawkeyeSkunkWorksThanks for the reply. That is what I thought. When I pulled up the part number, it showed me the non-Boost version. I will double check my cart. :-)

      @@MatthewsDre sorry but I think we’re talking about 2 different things. Your best bet is to get a BB and crank set from the same manufacturer
