131 Steps to the Top: Oak Island Lighthouse

From atop the Oak Island Lighthouse, climbers enjoy one of the best views along the East Coast. But getting to the top means negotiating 131 steps on ship's ladders -- essentially steep steps on metal racks that crisscross to the top.
