      Sometimes you don't need to understand what he said if you see the voltmeter and what he measures you will get it

      The key concept here is to make a constant current source of 100mA and feed it to an wire and probing the voltage drop across the wire which is the measure of miliohm of the wire

    sir while checking (on 2v DC selection on multi meter ), e.g capacitor on board, polarity gives difference result, one is higher other is lower, which should we follow

      No problem, you have 10% more current, so you will have 10% more mΩ.... You just do some math on your head if accuracy is important

      @@FreeCircuitLab can we add a 100ohm variable resistor instead of 12ohm fix resistor between pin 1 and 2 to vary the load to 100ma accurately?
