I physically cannot handle the silent treatment. The worst meltdown my boyfriend has ever seen was because he was doing the silent treatment. My son called him panicked and my boyfriend came over and started taking care of me. I have PTSD on top of Autism and anxiety. It took hours before I could stop crying enough to sleep. I also can’t do the silent treatment to anyone else due to my trauma response. I talk in circles.

@@RealityDreamsAudio I’m unraveling my past with new eyes. Refreshed by the Diagnosis of Autism and Tourette’s. With the BPD, PTSD, ADHD, depression and anxiety…… welll I’m better able to communicate when overwhelmed. My boyfriend and I now have a really good way for me to remain calm during an argument….. I lay down. Finding your videos does help me create a different narrative for past trauma memories. I really appreciate your work. You are helping people heal and grow stronger.

@@bezierballad8852 he did. He has also made it a mission to never fully go no contact without advance notice. We dated for a full 3 years after that panic attack. The only reason why we are not together now is because his job has taken him farther away than I could really handle with my new health issues. But when he’s in town we’re still having fun.

I hate the silent treatment. I have bad meltdown. I have PTSD aniexty depression. Ive been in a abuse relationship before for a year. He was not only abuse. Physical emotional and verbal. I still have scars and still have flash backs. I still have moments where I get scared when people yell or get quite.
