My beloved OG Polyend Tracker will be buried with me in my grave along side my Wheels Of Steel. Looking forward to the last Firmware upgrade you promised us before it's so long and thanks for the Fish. ❤️
Earlier today I was struggling with setting up a chord sequence on the Tracker. Your demonstration of highlighting all the notes and then adjusting as a group is the *exact* process I needed but hadn't figured out on my own. Thank you!
Awesome! He makes it look so easy. I have the Tracker Mini on pre-order and am really looking forward to getting it. I've already got the Dirtywave M8 and really enjoy the tracker workflow and I think the Tracker Mini will be more immediate and the fills will provide a lot of creativity. It will also play nicely with my Polyend Play, which is also awesome.😄
I was looking at software based trackers for a while. When a mint used polyend came up for sale I just bought it as a Christmas gift for my son. I was pulled between this and a circuit rhythm. My son is familiar with the original circuit. I hope this was the better choice, workflow wise. Can't wait to use this with him. Had to watch you make the melody a few times. You sure have a good ear.
What a great idea to adjust the tempo after the recording! I love the regrouping idea too! Could you give us a tutorial in other genres like synthwave? Or ambient? Because I am really interested in other tiny tricks. For example, this fine-tuning idea from other videos gave my synths more life. Awesome track as always from Isobutane!
Fantastic stuff. Had my Tracker for a few months now, but have been struggling with it as 'prefer' non-sample based music production. However, I often enjoy sitting on my beanbag with my tracker and headphones on and coming up with a beat or two. I can just rarely get further / have the ability to make 'good' sounding melodic elements. :(
Definitely check the wavetable and granular synth engine, also try to load a single cycle wave and treat it like an oscillator for subtractive synthesis, all the envelopes and LFO's are there so set it up to your liking. Keep it up and have fun!
Great video, very inspiring, Polyend please keep making these! If I didn’t already have a tracker I would now want to buy one!… and what was that u were saying about upcoming FW updates/new features? 😉
Nope but possible to play 16 rtacks with two Trackers:) But seriously, you can still render selected parts of your composition and then bouncing them to one sample using just one track.
SO good!!! 💯💯💯 And I know better than to ask this here (so WHY am I doing it??)🤦♂️... ...But if anyone has tips for a newbie working 100% out of the box: Should I just capture the stereo mix of finished songs from the Line Out of the Tracker? Meaning, is it correct to say that my Tracker isn't going to render a finished song in stereo? ...sorry to be THAT person! 😞🙏🙏
Hey there, the selection renders withing your sequence are rendered in mono. The stems of your tracks are rendered in stereo. You can also capture the stereo mixdown from Line output.
@@Polyend Ah, thank you!!! It's great to know definitively. Pretty cool that it works this way, creating space for additional creativity... ok, from here I promise just to RTFM 🙏🙏💯💯
I am amazed by the ability of human being to change and adapt and be enterprising. This guy has the worst junkie tattoos I have ever seen. Nevertheless he did something great by building this wonderful groovebox.
Most people don't know the prototype tracker was designed in a Polish prison from tattoo gun parts and plastic from lunch tray scrapings and then hidden away with the toilet wine.

The massive inventory clearing sale allowed me to finally try this out. Cant wait, been wanting to use a tracker for many years.
The Tracker really is the best modern sampler/DAW-in-a-box out there.
Many thanks!
Great video showcasing how quick you can get something going. It definitely gets more fun the more you use it and build up the muscle memory.
Thank you! Agreed on the muscle memory!

Glad to be of some help here!
Great video that showcases how accessible that little machine really is. Easy to program, straight to the point.
Many thanks!

The ultimate Machine! What an amazing song!
Thank you so much!

I learnt a ton from this! Thanks for sharing the workflow
So glad to hear this, thank you so much!

Many thanks, we are definitely up for more vids like this so stay tuned!
Brilliant!
Thank you, Jeremy!

@@Polyend Excellent stuff. Thank you. :-) It's an addictive device for sure.
great job and once again I learned something ✨
Glad to hear this! Thank you!

Need these Hands!
Where to order?
Thx Man for the insight ✊🕴
Thank you so much!
Live recording without „note off“ all over the place !? How is this possible ? Are you running a different firmware than the rest of us ?
Nice to see people using hardware to make DnB.
If only Windows based trackers were as easy to use.
I'd happily pay for a 16CH+ 'native' VST version of the PT software.
Thanks for this video, but 8 track for each pattern ? possible to play 2 patterns in same time witj 16 differents sounds ?

we need tracker+ upgrade (more ram and stereo samples like in mini)
Are stereo samples available?
New update? I don't see a bunch of "note off" commands when you live recorded.
Patarda.
Ok you just created a pattern
SO good!!! 💯💯💯

thats not a full song at all, thats a beat.
Every time I play with the tracker it sounds like a ridge racer type 4 Soundtrack lol.
Thats a good thing, right?! The R4 was awesome!
@@Polyend Great game with great Soundtrack. This needs a remake

That first unit was all "bzzt bzzt" so i had to escape the prison cell and start manufacturing it using real world high quality parts.
Must be a junkie prison tattoo type of device 😂 matches my own tattoos perfectly 😂😂😂❤
