- Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that the BJP is talking about 400 seats so that it can "change the Constitution and reservation can be ended".
"We have built schools, hospitals, mohalla clinics, provided free electricity in Delhi, so we only ask for votes on the basis of work. On the other hand, BJP asks for votes but doesn't even take the name of the work. They haven't done a single thing in 10 years," he said.
