Eggless Red Velvet Cake | Easy cake without Oven | No Whipped Cream, Electric Beater | Sponge Cake

Hello friends
Today I am sharing very easy recipe of most beautiful Eggless Red Velvet Cake. The cake comes out so delicious, soft and moist better than the bakeries. It has a unique and easy frosting which needs no whipping cream and electric beater. It is perfect for any occasion and also for Valentine's day Do try it you will love it.

~Ingredients~
Cake tin- 6 inch diameter
Measuring cup- 200ml, 100ml and 50 ml
For Batter
All purpose flour or maida- 1 and 1/4 cup or 180g approx
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup or 80g
Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50ml
Milk- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup or 150ml+ 3-4 tbsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Red gel food colour- 6 drops
For Flour Frosting
Milk- 1 cup
All purpose flour or maida- 3 and 1/2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar- 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
amul salted Butter- 100g

But I have a doubt.. if I Make butter cream frosting only.. how much butter and suger will be needed.. ?
