Chachi i love how far you've come in your life! you seem genuinely happy and loved. How do you feel about your transition since you've moved from US to Finland now that you've been there for a couple of years ? Also how did you come to decision of taking your kids to kinder (daycare) ? It's hard for me trying to find a routine and get workouts in. I feel like i can't do that at home with my child here as a SAHM. I love that you're taking care of yourself and i wish i could do the same. Sending lots of love to you and your family

hi Chaci ! im a sucker for dark chocolate but once i saw this video and how there's high amounts of lead even in organic brands i stopped consuming .. from a article "Compared with more than 300 other foods tested by the F.D.A. in a separate study, dark chocolate had the third-highest concentrations of both cadmium and lead, exceeded only by baking powder and cocoa powder for lead, and cocoa powder and sunflower seeds for cadmium." i used to get headaches after eating dark chocolate. Just something to look into ! i know no food doesnt have their risk

I'm really interested how it works being in Finland with the language? Like in a fitness class do they speak english for Chachi? or does she speak enough Finnish?
There are many classes in English here, but generally most group activities are in Finnish. You can definitely live here only with English. People speak good English, but not everyone is comfortable speaking. So, knowing basic Finnish makes your life easier.
She probably has a personal trainer so in that way, it can be in English. My gym has group classes but in Finnish.

ME TOO! It's been working so well ❤ I was on Tretinoin for a year & it didn't help my skin. So glad my doctor recommended Clindamycin.
