    Nice video as always Lauretta.
Just to add, if you need to ask for directions, please start with “Bonjour”. “Vous parlez Anglais s’il vous plait ?” Meaning “hello, please do you speak English ?”
Typically they will say “un peu” [a little] or “Oui” [Yes]. If they say Non [No], at least 1 in 3 persons will. Better still use the translate app on your phone, it’s very common here.
Even if that is the only French phrase you learn before getting here it will help you a lot. French people are more receptive when you attempt to speak French. And it’s very cultural to say Bonjour first when you meet someone here.

The right way of asking is: "Bonjour. Parlez-vous Anglais, s'il vous plait?"

Great Video 👍🏾, Though French is the easiest language for a native English speaker to learn, if you can’t learn French you probably not a language person 😄

Hello Lauretta, goodevening. Please is there any way I can reach you personally if you don’t mind? Also I would like to know if one must legalize and authenticate their certificates and other documents before coming to France please? I’m interested in studying in France by January 2025. Hopeful to leave by December to resume in January. Also I’d like to know more about getting accommodation over there and the price. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing. But my problem now is, how’s the dating culture among black Africans over there, is it easy to get a woman? or if you’re a man is it easy to get a husband who’s African origin?😅

After two years, you would still need Google translate. No way, you would be fluent after two years, specially if you do not live with French people.
I hear people who say are fluent even after 4 years but they are not; they do not speak like the native and make mistakes.
