I always liked how even though Dick loved Bruce, he knew that him being Batman created a barrier between the mission and showing love for his family. He knew once he took on the mantle of Batman, he would take on the responsibilities of his father and the burdens of what it means to put on the cowl.
Luke is good in this movie and I honestly did like him in Batwoman.
I hate how Apokolys War and Meek writers ruined the awesomeness that is Dick as Batman. Someone who rebuked the cowl, accepted it out of responsibility, and the lessons learned from watching someone as broken and soulless as Bruce. He was always a cautionary tale and Dick is the perfect evolution of the mantel. Not to mention the sons of Batman, Dick and Damien, are perfect for one another.
I thought this movie was really interesting because of the subversion of expectations where Bruce is the one needing saving. I'm a sucker for a good BatEnsemble so media like Bad Blood really appeals to me
I think you are the person who has thought the most about Bad Blood. Including those who made it.
I hope that you will one day cover the Wayne Family Adventures. Literally the best Batman content in years.

Implicitiy pretentious I have to thank you for these videos! Keeping DC alive for me since I stopped reading the comics and stopped watching (most) of the films. The editing and stories you tell bring back the good old animated series stories I used to love or at least a feeling of it❤️
The best part of Kate taking up the name "Batwoman" before learning who Batman was is that Bruce is her cousin.
0:41 Anybody else think the name Bat Wing is pretty dumb. Like he’s a decorated vet in a high tech metal suit which makes me think he should be named after a sick ass Military plane. A better name would have something like Black Bird,Sentry, or Raptor,it’s a plane and a bird of prey so it would fit with the “named after a flying animal” thing

Ive been watching the dcamu movies and I really loved the first 3 with Damian introduced (Not to say I didnt enjoy the others). I loved this movie and all the character development. I drew a picture of Damian and Heretic LITERALLY an hour ago and wrote Damian saying "hes my brother."
I connected with some of these cgaracter so quickly despite their lack of screen time lol. Id love a video on heretic!!

One issue I've had with Kate Kane Batwoman is that I don't like the concept of Bruce Wayne still having remaining relatives after his parents' death.
The Kanes weren’t exactly close so it’s not an issue really.

Batman got brainwashed twice in this series. Really made this breaking of the control a lot less impactful and the second one really dumb.

I think Dick Grayson is a better Batman than Bruce.
That's not a hot take. Bruce sees Dick has the ideal of what Batman is suppose to be but he never wants him to be like The Batman because he doesn't him to be like him.
