I loved how Pedro was so kind and humble, even when having to deal with Josh being awful to him. This shows how, in the end, a good heart always wins. Also, you just never know what gifts are beneath the surface of a person, until you give them the opportunity to unleash them. I loved how supportive and encouraging Paul was to Pedro too.
I don’t think the actor who plays Pedro could portray a “bad guy” if he tried! Too kind of a disposition, and he is VERY good-looking to boot!!

I work as a kitchen steward at a food court. Before me the staff had to make cleaning a team effort, but as soon as I came along I washed dishes, took out the trash, boxes and wiped down the countertops. I also organize snacks and condiments. It’s a huge load off for the crew and makes it a lot easier for them to focus on conking and serving food, they always say how grateful they are that I came along.
I think every one in the kitchen matters. The kitchen steward, the waiters, the bussers, the cooks, the cashiers, the managers. Everyone contributes and no one should ever think their job is worthless or that they will never move up.
I respect janitors. They do important work & make our lives easier.

Also Josh: *Starts emptying out the salt bottle on the meatballs*
The boss and the other chefs doesn't think the same way. He knew Josh was bullying Pedro because he and a few others had witnessed the whole thing. How he intentionally ruined his own meatballs and tried to switch them out with Pedro's sliders to make himself look good. In the end, the boss fired Josh for his cruelty and with the recommendations he's going to give others, he'll make sure the latter is never hired as a chef anywhere.

It's only _after_ that Pedro came in with his sliders. Josh only got the idea of stealing the credit after he tasted one and realized his meatballs couldn't compare.
Josh should really appreciate Pedro more In my school we hold an appreciation concert to show how thankful we are for the janitors, cleaners and all the staff there
He's a narcissist who thinks he can take what he wants and never gives back. This is why Josh ended up fired by his boss in the end. His poor attitude caught up to him and with the recommendations his former boss will give out, no one will ever hire Josh to cook for anyone.
