I’m biker and thought that guy was complete moron by coming at that speed and then complaining to the car driver that he’s nearly took him out.
Adding to that - you have a single or closely spaced headlight so drivers don't have a spatial clue on how far away you are, let alone what quickly you're closing the distance.
It’s both peoples fault. The biker shouldn’t be speeding of course, but two wrongs don’t make a right. And pulling out in front of someone too closely regardless of whether they’re speeding isn’t the right thing to do
Seems like both of them are in the wrong… bikers is riding too fast for someone to know he’s going that fast. And why can’t people just let bikers go or wait for them to pass when they see them. It’s not hard offer them the right away and nobody dies and nobody becomes a victim of road rage. Win win for everyone.

As a 71 y.o. rider i see a lot of the same mistakes these kids are doing... If you can't see the Drivers eyes/face in the side mirrors... you are riding in what us adults call the BLIND SPOT ... A riders course would teach you that ... and 98% of these clips wouldn't be a thing...
Actually, 360 degrees around any vehicle should be considered a "blind spot". Ride like everyone's drunk, you're invisible, and they're mission is to run over an invisible biker.
I always tell new riders, don't be scared, but be super paranoid.
