James McAvoy is one of my favourite guests ever. He would be a blast at a dinner party.
He was joking, but regardless, he was super cringy when saying he was there to smell Penelope Cruz.

I watched Syrano with McAvoy pre-Covid, and it was sensational. The whole auditorium was sighing, crying, laughing and gasping like one. James has this ability to captivate the audience and take them places.. both the tension and the relief are unbelievable. I've seen him in Macbeth, same chemistry there - fantastic!
James needs to be a co-host on this show, or eventually have his own talk show because his wit and commentary is just the absolute best! Always loved him!
I have get up in three hours and I’ve seen this ❤️James McAvoy❤️on GN before and given today’s technology, I do believe I may be able to watch it again on another day. And yet - I sit here watching. I love this man.
Penelope really seems to have a lot of patience and composure man. She was on the display for far longer than any other but still she remained her energy all throughout. Damn.

I can hardly believe that this is his natural way of speaking (I LOVE the authentic scotish accent 😍😍) - shows how little I know about him.
He was born in Glasgow. The accent is heavier there. He isn't faking it.

I saw the Cyrano play a couple of weeks before COVID hit London in 2020, and I quite enjoyed it. A very modern take on it, and James was ace (he also keeps his own accent in the play)

Nicole Lecky is an amazing singer. She is also a writer and actress. It's a shame she don't get more recognition because she is extremely talented.

The story about the woman with the camcorder shocked me. I am from Hungary. This could never happen there. You are not allowed to take pictures or videos of the play and the people working there would ask them to put the camcorder/phone away or leave the theatre. I hate it when I see somebody check their phones during the play. Breaks the magic.

I would love it if the US had a BBC. The quality of the programming is amazing. The news is top shelf of a quality and neutrality nearly not found in the US anymore. I am very jelly. (I'm hip with the kids; "jelly" is slang for jealous.) ;-)
Isn't your PBS the equivalent? It could never happen with your commercial channels which exist for profit.
What about BBC America?
Graham should have more non-English speakers on his show (preferably English should still be their second language). If you're not a non-English speaker working in Hollywood, it's very seldom for you to be on Graham Norton.
The format of the show requires alot of wit and banter so I'd think they wouldn't really be able to keep up. Maybe that's discriminatory but makes for funnier show for majority of audience.
