Very nice I wish I had the money I would buy it I love long island I was born in long island City new York left that area when I was a kid moved to upper queens Hollis and than later when I was around 13 moved to port Jefferson long island lived there 25 years came to Florida later in my life I can't stand stuck here I don't have the money to get out of here I wish I could win the lottery than I can go back to New York and buy a house

no. a/c units etc need to be raised up 8ft at least. not done correctly! but a flood might not happen in a life time! so? and who wants to live there anyway! ha. i grew up there. great in the 80's. let it go! way to much money.. for prosperity? ok.
