Sweet Heat Jalapeno Artichoke Dip | Smoked Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • We found this recipe on Instagram, the Seattle Butchers Wife had posted and we decided to try it. It is SO GOOD! I immediately reached out to her to see if I could use it in a video. She was kind enough to allow so here it is, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
    • 14 oz. can of Quartered Artichokes
    • 4 oz. Sweet Heat Jalapeno Diced
    • 1 Cup of Whipped Cream Cheese (I used
    • Roasted Red Pepper)
    • 8 oz. of Fire Roasted Green Chilies (I used mild)
    • 1 Cup of Mayo
    • 8 oz. of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Set your Smoker or Oven to preheat to 375 degrees.
    Drain the liquid from the Artichokes, Chilies and Jalapenos.
    Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet.
    Cover and place on the smoker for 35 mins.
    Remove the foil and let brown for additional 5-15 minutes.
    Remove from smoker and enjoy!
