We had so much fun with this story and build! Spirit need to let people know to put this prop in a chair đ This Creepy Grandma will fit right in front row of our cemetery. Canât wait to see who this Nightmare Nana scares. đ

Looks awesome!!! When storing her I highly recommend leaving her in the up position so her springs donât wear out. Especially with the 2020 model since the springs are way weaker this year.
Wow, thank q for the advice, and yea I noticed how the springs got weaker...it's pretty sad actually for the people who get her this year.
Help Me no problem! Any jumping, lunging, or pop out prop should be left in the popped out position
Thanks for the info. We Never Store our props assembled and ALWAYS Detach the springs as shown in the original prop assembly. This way everything goes back in the box. This prop was from 2019 and the replacement springs are actually incredibly easy to find due to their common size. Great tip for those who do store their props assembled! The new hairstyle is perfect, most ladies of a certain age seem to go for that style. That makes this prop look very realistic. I, myself, am going for the violet look. I have a passion for animatronics and what goes into making them, and seeing what you've been able to do with giving these some love and extra style has really inspired me. I can't really put an animatronic in the space I live in now, but someday I hope to get one and give it a makeover too. Keep up the awesome work!!

A lot of the techniques I see used to customize animatronics I see used in other types of builds and customizations. Many of the skills seem transferable (painting, sculpting, reimagining, and repurposing) and use similar materials. Maybe you could work on customizing some small mechanized toys to build up your experience in preparation for the day you finally get your hands on an animatronic? Maybe start by turning one of those small walking dog toys into a hell hound or something?

I think with the slightly slower movement when she stands up.Gives it a much more realistic movement to it, it doesn't wiggle around like it's going to all of a sudden fall apart. Great job đđ

This one is my new favorite prop! She looks so freaky! I so want to do stuff like this but im really only good with background items for like scenery (tomb stones, viscera, etc)

I originally found the black Dahlia prop in bad taste so I think it's really awesome that you guys have transformed it in such a way. As always, this transformation was a pleasure to watch. Excellent job again. You can accelerate the Epoxy clay with a heat gun ( not too close) and it will harden in less than an hour.
Thank you! Yea I totally would have except these new props arenât actually plastic anymore. They are hollow plastic head with rigid rubber and it melts easily. (Not that I did that or anything đ)

The extra layer of clothing really slows her down. And having short hair instead of the long hair makes it look even slower.
Forever looking forward to these uploads! Gahh the lil extra flare truly does go a long way with a good sculpt. It's like Glenn from faceoff, you can save an amazing sculpt with a wicked paint job! Can't wait to see who is next.

Never seize to impress me! This looks awesome, gave me goosebumps. The details you add give the animatronics a uniqueness compared to their original counterparts.
This was incredible. All your props are usually a vast improvement on the quality of Spirits themes, and this one was no exception. You took what was otherwise a ery generic-looking prop, and gave her a story a casual observer could catch at a glance.
She needs rosary beads. I just pictured her wearing them or having them in her other hand. More excellent work!

I think you should add a knife on the bench and a tombstone that reads "here lies joker" or something like that...it would give a bit of a story as to why she cut up her face like that. You can even make it a tribute to Heath Ledger's joker if you want.

Yeah there was a murder called the black dahlia that I believe was never solved. And the womenâs cheeks were slit like demonic dahlias. Look it up, Iâm sure thereâs stuff Iâm missing.
RQ Hauntings She was found on the side of a sidewalk in the 1930âs (I think) by a woman taking a walk with her infant. She was bisected and had her mouth cut into a âsmileâ. Her name in life was Elizabeth Short and she was trying to make it as an actress. Itâs been long believed to have been someone with medical knowledge who killed her.
