- Welcome to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Roulette! In this series @MBTYuGiOh and I spin a wheel featuring every Secret Pack in Master Duel. We then build decks using 20 of only those Secret Packs before playing a Match to determine that episode’s winner. The winner of each episode gets to decide if they want the first or second Secret Pack from the wheel during the next episode, but they must choose before seeing what the second spin lands on! Tune in every Saturday at 5pm EST for more episodes of Master Roulette!

Decks seen in today's episode: Madolche, Chronomaly
#YuGiOh #dzeeff - Hry
Remember that MBT has a 100% loss ratio to decks playing Elemental Hero Clayman.
Clayman the true MVP of this episode
There's less people in the Ghostrick community than Ghostrick has monsters.
There is less people in the ghostrick community than ghostrick has playable monsters
Best comment of the year award
GHOSTRICKS has more field spells than fans
Ghostricks are the ultimate BM deck tho, if you play them you clearly are trying to humiliate someone.
@@G0ldenEagle64 they have playable monsters?
Roulette : exists.
MBT : So here's what Doug doesn't know.
MBT: We got Solidarity.
Doug: Yeah, I know you've got Solidarity.
I live for this shenanigans in each episode. Also, Farfa's "youchube" in saga.
Wow, both sides pulled really well. Makes a really good episode.
last card tiaramisu absolutely crazy pull
doug would have been dead in the water without it
@@joshuapaul8580 but he won the first game without summoning it? "dead in the water" might not be entirely accurate
We all have our weaknesses, for Superman it's kryptonite, for Doug it's Lightning Storm and for MBT it's Clayman. The duel was over as soon as Doug put that card in his deck. Never forget it's "An Elemental HERO with a clay body built-to-last."
This episode was great thanks Doug and MBT.
I lost it at Elemental Hero Clayman, the hero thats built to last.
Yo dzeef putting that clayman into the deck definitely carried
I love how at the start of the series mbt was getting so many royals they made a rule you got to keep royals and after that there have been like 2 royals
Imagine if that Royal Rare Avermax was allowed to stick around
@@dragoknighte48 nah screw that imagine that tribe infecting virus lol
@@freaki0734 he just use the Royal he didn’t pulled it tho. It was just to scare Doug lol
@@dragoknighte48 Honestly that would have been great, Avramax hits that sweet spot of being good enough to make that rule a viable thing that would come up couple times throughout the series, but not broken, relatively hard to summon for most sealed decks, and restrictive enough for most decks that it wouldnt break the game and make every episode "hmm can I summon Avramax and if I do Doug loses"
The moment Doug actually reads or understands his cards he starts winning
What's extra delicious about MBT losing to Madolche is that in his recent Jank Bank vid he played a Madolche deck without Puddingcess because he was convinced you don't need it anymore and Puddingcess ended up being key to winning both games here
It just proves how much he doesn't know about Madolche, considering the card is absolutely crucial to the full board combo.
MBT getting deep into the mythology was priceless.
It does make me a little sad that the roulette continues to get smaller. I'm gonna miss this series once it ends 😢
Honestly this is one of those series they could restart and have it still be really entertaining with different matchups/pulls/rules etc. could be fun!
@@VooDooSaurus I personally am looking forward to the final few for the absolute unplayable decks. I tried making a deck from 10 of the numeron pack. Shit is whack.
There's a lot of directions they could take the series after this initial wheel ends, like a wheel of the winners or losers to pick a pack as the best/worst.
I think it might be fun to try doing mixed secret packs next time. Let them pull from 2 different packs and make decks.
Doug wasn't playing a Madolche deck. He was playing MBT's worst nightmare: Clayman Sweep
It's not often you see both players pull crazy, and then for it to go to a clean 2-0. Good job, Doug.
This was a fun episode. I thought Doug might struggle a little bit without Hootcake, as he’s one of the big pieces that makes the deck go, but he surprised me. Now if only he could get this kind of pull luck in Saga. Going forward that Nebra Disc could wind up being a royal pain in Doug’s butt.
Rooting for Madolches, they're carrying me through the Attribute 4 event.
Gem-Knight ftk has been my go to for the event. It’s unhit like at all
Yeah man same, they do perform quite well with Vernusylph/Ishizu ngl.
The deck works even in the regular format too. You can definitely get to Diamond 1 and beat Tear with the deck. Obviously you don't have the winning matchup like Exosisters, but the fact that you can play the Ishizu shufflers as a natural part of the deck makes it a very good counter to the Tear deck.
A lot of people don't realize that, while the Ishizu millers are great for the Tear deck, the millers are more effective used against them than they are used by them.
oh yeah, I forgot they also are allowed
Amazons are fun AF and the match ups against Vernusylph decks has resulted in some of my favorite games.
I love how Amazons will summons more amazons and fuse and fuse and fuse until you have literally nothing left to make.
How the hell did both of you have the same main deck ratio of monsters/backrow 💀
Doug going into the doll pack (even if he just played Madolche) reminds me of that one time where Joseph was reacting to a Master Saga episode, getting mad at either Doug or Farfa (can't remember exactly which, but probably Farfa) for saying the doll cards were terrible while Doug was in his chat, which resulted in Doug reading and reacting to the doll cards in real time.
I love the doll archetype it's actually pretty fun to use for the simple fact that you can use a galaxy eyes cipher x with the grandpa to burn for 3k
I was thinking of exactly this! "YO GRANDPA IS CRAZY" - Doug Zeeff
Oh boy, can't wait to see Doug win
Dzeeff appreciation jumpscare
Really love your work and all of your video concepts, you really make my day everytime I watch your stuff
Just watching the pulls is already the best episode of the entire series no joke . Btw can't wait to watch the duel.
Lmao madolche slap sad xd good duel
@@guilhermesouza1908 mbt misplayed too hard. This isn't a good duel.
@@asethon4430 considering the level of both decks it was good, But yeah when i say good duel is a bit ironic UK, small joke no offenses because I never played that too. XD
@@guilhermesouza1908 i have chronomaly deck. Not good against meta, yep, but very playable.
@@asethon4430 Uh oh MBT is getting criticized by the Chronomaly community this week after getting criticized by the Ghostrick community last week.
"Is that fucking Cayman?"
That tickled the fuck out of me. I was giggling like a loon.
That Clayman from the depths of Istanbul was huge.
That break for Dzeeff really did good for his game
The pun at the end was so sweet. I doubt we could sift through the comments or glaze over the confectionery perfection of those two final words.
24:21 When you’re expecting the rank 5, but get the link 5 jumpscare instead
I suggest douge add "OH MY GOSH FABLES" as his twitch alert. That would be awesome imo.
"Is that fucking Clayman!?" somehow was the best line of the episode
37:36 i love this laugh, it's like he was waiting for it xD
This is what happens when we let Doug cook. Sweet, sweet victory!
not gonna lie... i love the Box of Friends deck
He wasn't lying, that clay body is built-to-last!
'Oh yeah, chaining SR's together! Very fair!' - Man who just summoned an incredible, generic UR from out of the pack.
The weekly what Doug doesn't know is almost more exciting than the wheel itself
That episode was SO GOOD!! I want that game three!
I am 23 years of age, and a fully functioning adult. When I saw the notification for the upload pop up on my phone, I screamed, out loud, at a train station "oh yes, it's master roulette time". I have lost years of respect for myself. I hope you're happy.
Absolute banger of an episode. Loved the energy from both of you.
28:58 but it did make a difference, Had Hiuck not been in attack, Dzeeff couldn't have crashed with TA:I Strike, and thus couldn't have searched with Salon, and then wouldn't have had Promonard so on so forth
Really good episode, I love it when they both pull crazy and doug kinda knows what he's doing 😂
When your 1000 year old magical artifacts get demolished by a series of cake dolls
Seeing Dzeeff playing Madolche again on CZcams (and winning!) reminded me of when I started watching his content. It was a nice blast from the past.
wow, was not expecting back to back Clayman otks
CLAYMAN
Fun fact the artifact that Tuspa Rocket is based on is older than Ottoman Empire and Turkey combined (even more if you calcultate the Ottoman Empire's timeline based on the periods it wasn't being propped up by other states like weekend at Bernies but with infintely more genocide and crimes against humanity)it is likely Urartian or possibly Greek in origin given the region and time period also wasn't found near Constantinople it was found in Rusahinili
"duped! tricked! madolche'd!" insane doug line.
Chronomaly monster art designs look like anime-only cards
This was a really good one! Loved it!
I’m really happy that Doug is winning, as he deserves it. But I’m sad that Chrinomalies lost, as it seems like a really fun deck
This was a really good match, and I don't think either of them messed up too much, their decks were solid and all. Really cool episode!
Based Doug being based with the Madolche Clayman
This match was definitely something straight from the depths of Istanbul
This video is amazing. I love both of these decks ❤😊
If MBT had put hyuk in défence he would've won that one for sure
And he make stupid goddess who doesn't work in this archetype.
Lol, you sound like the Ghostrick players from last episode. That's definitely not how it works. Even if he had it in defense, Glassouffle has her self-protection effect so Huyk couldn't use its effect to destroy the card, and all Doug had to do was bring out the field spell and overlay into the level 5 to beat over the 2,500 defense.
You shouldn't discredit a pretty powerful archetype like Madolche.
@@randumo24 bro watch the first minutes of the video then re-read my comment 🤦🏻♂️
@@randumo24 vimana can boost itself and doesn't cost the entire board to make
@@RegiRuler The point of using Underworld Goddess was to take out Glassouffle. In case you forgot about what Tiramisu can do, it wouldn't really matter how much you could have boosted afterwards.
The situation was unwinnable because there was a win condition no matter which direction he made the play. Goddess is a tougher out because Tiramisu's ability doesn't work on her because it is a non-targeting shuffle.
That episode was hilarious. MBT's archeological references!
MBT: “Lemme just read…”
Dzeef: “Read??”
I could practically hear him continue saying “On a Dzeef show???” 😂 Madolche vs Chronomaly, huh? I really like Madolche but then again it’s Dzeef piloting it. Best of luck!
Edit: Holy shit Doug, you did it!
MBT Turning into Yanagi from 5Ds
I watch MBT a lot, but I always click off when he plays Roulette with you cus the edited videos with both pulls and hands is just a way better experience
It does my heart good to see Dolche do well.
I just love how ever since doug came back, he´s become so damn unhinged and bantery(?). The break did indeed do him well
Love Madolche, hope they win, especially if you pull well its a really strong rogue strategy.
Shadoll Madolche was a thing I remember seeing get some rogue status wins in events.
Great duel doods I get to watch fun duels and see friends have fun together and your calm tones put my 2 year old to sleep win win
When MBT realizes that Doug got Tiaramisu on the last card of the last pack, he will shit. And the clay man to top it off. 100% loss ratio to clayman
Man I love the mbt theater club stuff.
Can't wait for the raid raptor episode
It finally happened. Madolche hit the field and came out swinging. I honestly dreaded seeing pulls from the Madolche pack, since so many of the best cards are SR or UR, but the pastry empire showed that cake defeats all! Especially really bad decks.
I love Ghostrick and Madolche, you guys are too good to me lately! Also I agree that playing Ghostrick a lot can lead to the sense of having an answer for every situation, because sometimes games just line up that way where you get to play around 10 different things, problem is just usually it's 2 per turn at best and even in constructed Ghostricks rely way too much on the opponent either having no idea what they do or not having negates. They are situational as heck but fun when playing with friends (who don't mind long games, otherwise don't)
The biggest issue MBT had last game was he didn't have angel of mischief, nor was the new support in the pack.
Ghostricks constructed, are extremely varied. But that's assuming you don't just talk about bad pure builds. As in builds that aren't as much a deck as a weird pile of cards whose plan didn't go further than scare.
An example is the complain that the deck loses to links, when it has access to all those different traps and even boasts a decent extra deck climb.
Currently I'm playing a Ghostrick line in Chaos. they got me to D5 as of now.
@@heulg.darian2536 I think the problem with Ghostrick is the fact that they have to play around an entire type of extra deck monsters to do most of their typical things, which is still inconvenient as heck, and that they are by default slow while still being very vulnerable to interruption or even just mere card destruction. But yeah they are so varied that it still means they can come out ahead in games against competitive decks, just not reliably by any means and that makes them "bad" from a purely competitive perspective, I'd say.
Same goes for most of my favorite decks though (Weather Painters, Dream Mirror e.g.), so I am not shit talking the archetype, they are good fun and very interactive.
At least this came out when it was supposed to
Not Doug getting more Graydle Impacts in this back compared to the actual 10 Graydle packs a while back. 😅
Looks like my day just got better!
Not often you see Doug out pull MBT. Fun to watch.
I think their pulls were pretty much equivalent tbh, it's just that madolches are way stronger than chronomaly.
MBT's pulls were way better IMO, he just threw
Holy shit, those Chronomaly pulls were insane. I'm so fucking jealous of that nebra disk.
Absolute banger.
I don't think doug's deck was even that much better, he just opened the literal best 5 cards in his deck every hand.
Don't forget that game one got swung by an unsearchable one of battle quick play rather than any of the actual archetypal pulls
Madolches removed dusty objects back to storage.
This was one of my fav episodes fro this. 😄
Huyuk in attack did actually decide that game. He lost like 2/3rds of his LP cuz of that.
What a twist. Thought this would be easy game for MBT.
Never played Madolche myself, so I only know it as this expensive "you need basically every SR and UR of the pack at 3 to do anything". So I expected a rock solid beatdown while Mr. Zeef struggled to get a playable hand...the actual result looked more like the exact opposite.
Doug taking madolche hurt my soul as I remember going into master duel not being able to build tri brigade at the start and would need to do madolche first then saw tri core cards were not expensive overall and every good madolche monster was an sr or higher besides sistart and catwaffle/cruf is solid for sealed. So seeing it chose as pack in this series is something. Also I love Doug calls mew catwaffle as well.
Very good ep!
I've never found myself cheering for other people's pulls like I did today
@Dzeeff Wow what a amazing Madolche pull from just 2 packs. After opening like 6-7 packs, I still had to make a 2nd of like 3 URs.
PS. Madolche is still extremely powerfull, infact It's easily one of the best decks in the game. People just forgot Madolche exists.
joseph is at his best when hes pretending to be a villain actually playing the deck. absolute archeolgist activities.
Watching you misplay every single turn almost with Madolche truly hurt my soul.
Chronomoly Vs. Madolche:
Battle of the Châteaus
Great now I want to build a Chronomaly deck in Master Duel.
Deck is good. Not against meta, even if they have only one interrupt in hand.
U must be have chance to summon vimana and Huyuk in one turn.
But vimana important summon on turn 1.
Or put in deck number trap negate and number wall.
Sees clayman, ah no wonder he won
I've never been so proud of Doug
14:03 yooo Doug pulled the puddingcess, the puddingcessoeur and the chocolate a la mode. That's actually really decent
The clutch Tiramisu as the last card in the last pack, was what made this deck playable.
Bro the chat when he lost in game two nearly killed me. Those people are fucking hilarious
My GF and I watched this live and we were still excited for the episode, this was great!
This was a lot of fun!!
Virgin Ghostrick Player: "Um ackchyually MBT could've solved climate change had he just used Ghostrick Dingledork in conjunction with Ghostrick Poopoohead"
Chad Fabled Enjoyer: "Fuck you Ghostrick community"
rip chronomaly
an archetype lost to the ages, overcome by a piece of funny bread 🍞
"Is that Fucking clayman" lol
In Doug's first round of pulls he pulls Grandpa Demetto which is a Pinochio reference iirc.
Killer series
The pulls were crazy
The Clayman jumpscare
Doug really just playing near full power Madolche with no Hootcake.
