Packaged inside a Spellbook Box, The treat box includes Chocolate covered Strawberries with that look like the Sanderson Sisters, a Breakable Heart, and Spellbook Brownies- I show you all my tricks for piping with chocolate for the fun Sanderson's hair, as well as the super easy book brownie design. This might be a dumb question but I live in a hot and humid state and everytime I make chocolate covered strawberries idk how to store them, I've left them out on a counter and they go bad by the evening, but if I store them in the fridge they collect condensation and crack sometimes. Any ideas or tips on how to store them? Also how would you store cakesicales? I know it wouldn't be long term storage maybe to store overnight for the next day. I love the ideas you've showed and would love to make some for my family.
It takes about 2hrs of strawberries being left out on the counter to start going bad. You need to keep them in the fridge after dipping. The trick is to not dip cold strawberries into warm chocolate. Keep the strawberries out on the counter for a while before dipping.😊

Sounds like you’re heating it too high or too long. Put your microwave on half power. Do 15-30 sec intervals
