Oud Wood first one that came to my mind. Herod blew me away early in my frag journey as well as Sauvage and La Nuit. BR540. Dunhill Desire blue when I was younger. Just recently I got Still Life in Rio and first sniff I said WOW. Greenley one I wasn’t expecting much as it doesn’t seem very popular and it was amazing to me.

The Aventus DNA, the Sauvage DNA, the Baccarat Rouge 540 DNA, Tom Ford Tobacco Oud, Oud Satin Mood, Guerlain Samsara (2nd Formulation with the Red Flat bottle), Givenchy Pi (the vintage formulation), etc, all blew me away the first time I sniffed!

Layton was an immediate buy when it came out and after I experienced a tester spray at Nordstrom's..and is one of my signatures now..just love it.. it is a cooler weather master..like a mic drop to me.

Jubi and Sultan Vetiver were absolutely loves at first sniff for me too. Oajan, Heritage edt, 1899, Fougere Royale just a couple others off the top of my head. But there are soooo many more that I had to grow into. Really enjoy the process.

Corbin you're right about African leather that stuff is off the chain nice I wear that in the winter with like a nice heavy sweater a pair of boots blue jeans man that stuff smells like an old leather jacket but in the classiest of ways

All scents i mention are 10/10 in my world:
Herod blew me completely away, YSL L'homme was my first love.
Frapin L'humaniste is the best summer scent and most pleasing smell i ever smelled till today, followed by Amyris MFK
Midsummer Dream by Roja is also top notch
Grand Soir is the best Amber period
Baraonda and Angels Share are the best boozy scents ever, i slightely prefer Angels Share.

For me, The One EDP opens with Vanilla/Cardamom, then it dries down to a more Ambroxan base. I can't even detect the Grapefruit, Basil, Ginger, or Orange blossom. It's just a super-sweet Ambroxan bomb from the beginning.
