I would never hire a guide myself. I personally enjoy figuring out whatever fish or game that I am pursing is doing just as much as the catching or killing part. Glad youre out enjoying your retirement.

I agree on one hadn't about the guide and as it ends up, I am doing just that since I could not find one that would work out for me. I will table that idea and if money allows down the road, maybe one day. I do enjoy the hunt myself and that is what this series and playlist will be about, finding them on my own and sharing with others who will be new to the lake and want to try to get out and catch a few.
