    Ingredients :
    2 Cup payaru / Mung Dhal
    1/2 cup sakkarai
    1/2 cup roasted rice flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    Cardamom 5
    1 table spoon Black pepper + cumin seeds powder
    1 cup grated coconut
    Dipping:
    1/4 cup rice flour + 1 tbsps pain flour + 1 tablespoon corn flour
    Salt
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Oil for frying
