Real estate prices are expected to go up again when the interest rate is lowered in the second half or end of the year. Low income groups will be priced out of BC and Toronto and have to move to other provinces with lower standard of living. All the information presented in the video regarding rentals and house prices are from rentals.ca and Canada Real Estate Board (CREB). They regularly publish data on rents and house prices which have been widely used in mainstream medias as well as in research conducted by major banks and Bank of Canada. If you insist their numbers are not true, I am more than happy if you can provide alternative data sources that prove rentals.ca and CREB are wrong. That said, these numbers represent the average at the national/province/city level which could be very different from your perception because house prices can vary significantly within a city.
Refugee families have housing allowances by governments. My friend's company do rental business, who told me in the last 4 years even during covid lockdown. Some refugee families look for 2000sqft+ houses (not townhouse) in Burnaby & Surrey & White Rock which avg 500sqft per head, most of them immediately confirm to rent it after viewing. Those housing support assoicates came with them who also showed documents that the city or provincial government provides 2-year rental guaranteed. How come our taxs sponsor refugees can living in houses but many Canadian are living in a small place where 300~400sqft per head?

現在的加拿大人有兩種心態，早年有屋的日日見到屋價上升，這種不勞而獲的心態很多人十分高興。但其實這些業主對加拿大經濟和community 一點貢獻也沒有，所以加拿大把投資移民砍掉。

The rental information is not true, not as expensive as he mentioned. It's very stable and is in the up trend, same as the selling price of house and condomium.
If you are not living in Canada, don't try to be the expert in real estate market!
It is perfectly fine if you have different view points and disagree with my analysis. Yet, I have to defend the validity of my data. All the information presented in the video regarding rentals and house prices are from rentals.ca and Canada Real Estate Board (CREB). They regularly publish data on rents and house prices which have been widely used in mainstream medias as well as in research conducted by major banks and Bank of Canada. If you insist their numbers are not true, I am more than happy if you can provide alternative data sources that prove rentals.ca and CREB are wrong. That said, these numbers represent the average at the national/province/city level which could be very different from your perception because house prices can vary significantly within a city.

政府不承擔公共房屋政策，低收入，新移民又負擔不起貴的租金，經濟不好，有學歷的新移民想搵多d收入都搵唔到
Refugee families have housing allowances by governments. My friend's company do rental business, who told me in the last 4 years even during covid lockdown. Some refugee families look for 2000sqft+ houses (not townhouse) in Burnaby & Surrey & White Rock which avg 500sqft per head, most of them immediately confirm to rent it after viewing. Those housing support assoicates came with them who also showed documents that the city or provincial government provides 2-year rental guaranteed. How come our taxs sponsor refugees can living in houses but many Canadian are living in a small place where 300~400sqft per head?

@@vanyy2427你問得好點解加拿大人就咁艱難先買到屋住，但係嗰啲冇貢獻嘅難民就可以有政府資助房屋住，香港正正面臨同樣嘅問題，就係嗰啲剛來香港的中國大陸新移民，佢哋一落到嚟攞到身份證就同香港嘅老公離婚,有小朋友嘅女人直情講個老公走，因為香港嘅房屋政策如果兩夫妻搞離婚，要照顧小孩的一方就可以住在原來嘅房屋，另一方政府就畀一啲過度嘅房屋畀佢住，有啲大陸新移民就扮可憐，不但止打尖攞政府樓，還攞埋政府嘅綜援金，佢哋唔使做，政府仲同佢交埋公屋嘅租金，反而香港要納稅嘅居民就乜嘢福利都冇，排隊攞政府屋都要等7一8年才上到樓😢

@@TheJlee28香港前嗰20年嘅樓價都係升到痴線，係癲價，現在正在急劇調整中，香港嘅樓價由2023年至到今年2024年跌了20至30%，但係現在香港嘅樓價還是很高，應該要再跌多30%才算稍為正常,因為之前實在升得太癲了😅

重要事情说三遍。任何问题根本上都是经济问题。就业就业就业，工资工资工资。现在加国就业那么烂，到手工资那么低，别说买房子了，租房肯定都困难太多了😂
