Kapolei residents frustrated with frequent fights, vandalism by students

Residents living next to Kapolei High School say they've been dealing with issues for years.
Those frustrations came to a head this week when a large brawl broke out between students.

The state of Hawaii is like that for years. Not just Kapolei. That is the saddest part of Hawaii. Nice weather but as a state it has one serious fundamental problems. I would say many, not just a few. But many.

Kapolei youths tryin to be something they not when I think of kapolei I think of kids that are good kids gone bad wannabe thugs most of these kids aren’t about that life but yet they seem to portray it
