I think that may be the Liebherr`s new load chart, so you have extra capacity when lifting directly over an outrigger. Other cranes I have used, at 100% capacity, the outriggers still have 1 - 3t pressure left. This liebherr is live on the edge, but I am confident the Germany knows their product.
