Key of F. Banjo: fDGCD. Brad Leftwich, banjo & vocal; Linda Higginbotham, banjo uke. Brad learned this tune directly from Matokie Slaughter (1919-1999) of Pulaski, Virginia. She called it "Big-Eyed Rabbit" but it's unrelated to the Round Peak tune of that name. Samantha Bumgarner and Eva Davis's pioneering 1924 recording of "Big-Eyed Rabbit" is where Brad got the words.
