If you get degree from uk and do part job and two year full time on psw and live very basic life style, you will be able save good money like £20000. With that you can pay off your loan and you have degree.
Remember if you travel and buy new fancy things you won't be able to save anything at all. Like buying iPhone to show off to your friend and family will be a financial suicide.
Now if you manage to pay off your loan may be try Canada, Europe and dubai as back up plan.
If you study from really good university you will be able to get job at least somewhere. Also, you paid off your loan with your savings so even if you go back to india its not thay bad

My personal opinion, there will be some improvements but the timing is not great. Brexit was supposed to open job market but due to the current situation of COVID things went in a completely opposite direction. I would wait and see for another 1-2 years and see how the UK market responds to the normality.
