Thanks! Yea, the faux-larabars are the easiest, healthiest recipe ever for quick energy. Dates, nuts, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. You just need to be able to mash them up properly. We have a hand-pull food processor to do that, works really well.

oh, btw: i came up with a hair brain idea today after too much garlic on the shrimp. a smidgent of honey on shrimp/lobster when frying it (after steaming) and of coure garlic n ginger. can that possbily be worth a toot?
give it a try sir, let us know how it turns out!! (any fish would do, but lobster/shrimp will bring it out the most.) (don't forget the hint of lemon....
